ClickCable.Shop cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
About data processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it or have it stored, which security techniques we use and for whom the data is transparent.
On our website you will find a number of web forms where we ask you to fill in personal data, such as your (company) name, address details, e-mail address, web address and (mobile) telephone number. We only use this information for the purpose for which you provided it.
When you place an order in our webshop you will receive a number of e-mail messages regarding the status of your order. Our shipping partner (PostNL) will receive your e-mail address from us to keep you informed of the progress of the delivery.
Clientmanagement & invoicing
Our client data is stored in the CRM of our online store software and then only used for administrative purposes.
We use the servers of "Shopify" for email services. All email traffic is confidential and not transparent to the processor.
Webhosting & database
ClickCable.Shop uses the services of "Shopify" to host the website. This is a trusted service provider. All data that you make available to us via our website is stored (temporarily or otherwise) on Shopify's servers. Shopify has applied the necessary security techniques and the processor and its employees or auxiliary persons are prohibited under the agreement between the processor and ClickCable.Shop from viewing data or making it available to third parties, unless they are obliged to do so by law to be. The processor periodically makes backups of the stored data, the same guarantees and conditions apply to these backups.
Goal of the data processing
General purpose of the processing
We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share information with us and we use this information to contact you at a later time - other than at your request - we will ask you for explicit permission.
Your data will be shared with third parties in the following cases:
Google Analytics: Cookies from the American company Google are placed via our website as part of the "Analytics" service. We use this service to track and get reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be obliged to provide access to this data under applicable laws and regulations. We collect information about your surfing behavior and share this data with Google. Google can interpret this information in conjunction with other datasets and in this way follow your movements on the internet. Google uses this information to offer, among other things, targeted advertisements (Adwords) and other Google services and products.
Mollie: We use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than allowed by the legal terms.
Paypal: We use the Paypal platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Paypal processes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, identification details and financial account details of those involved. Paypal has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Paypal reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Paypal's services for which they engage third parties. Paypal does not store your data for longer than allowed by the legal terms.
ClickCable.Shop uses Twinfield administration software and has entered into a processing agreement with it.
Automatically collected data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (for example your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
Participation in tax and criminal investigations
Where appropriate, ClickCable.Shop may be required to share your information in connection with government tax or criminal investigations on the basis of a legal obligation. In such a case we are forced to share your data, but will oppose this within the possibilities that the law offers us.
We keep your data as long as you have an account with us. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services or delete your account. If you indicate this to us, we will also regard this as a request to forget. We also keep the information about your purchase to answer any questions about warranty or other questions or complaints about the product.
Under applicable European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below which rights these are and how you can invoke these rights.
In principle, to prevent misuse, we will only send copies and copies of your data to your e-mail address already known to us.
